The safari van ascends to the top of Haleakala Ranch at the 6500’ elevation level just outside of the National Park entrance.  A comprehensive safety briefing including Hawaii’s bicycle safety regulations and tour guidelines will be given by your tour guides before you begin your descent down Haleakala.
