You are invited to the best sit down luau in Maui located by the beach in Lahaina Town. You will experience a stunning Hawaiian sunset as you feast on a Maui Luau five course dinner starting with Polynesian treats such as taro and sweet potato chips with tropical ginger, banana, and Ogo seaweed salsa. The imu roasted kalua pig, fresh island fish with mango sauce, pohole ferns and heart of palm salad, and poi are from Hawaii. The next dishes served are from Aotearoa, New Zealand such as Kuku patties, salmon, scallops, sea bean duck salad with poha berry dressing, maori fishcake with mussels, sweet potato and garlic, and harore Kumara-roasted mushrooms. Dishes from Tahiti are served next that include e-iaota-poisson cru, fafa-steamed chicken and taro leaf in coconut milk, and scallops on the shell, and baked scallops. The last serving will be from Samoa such as shrimp and avocado with lilikoi, palusami-breadfruit with taro leaf and coconut cream and Pulehu beef. Desserts will be served that include tropical fruits, haupia(carmel macadamia nut tart topped with fruited coconut pudding), and Hawaiian chocolate truffles.

As you dine on these diverse delicacies you will enjoy the diversity of the Polynesian entertainment. Each course at the Feast at Lele is accompanied by entertainment from that particular Polynesian country representing Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, and New Zealand. The Lahaina Luau artists combine modern interpretations of Hawaii’s traditional dance and song. You will be in awe with the dancer’s full-island dress as they represent each Polynesian county right on the beach. You will hear singing, chanting, drumming, and the swish of ti-leaf skirts. You will see hula dancing at its finest, and smell the fragrance of plumeria. Your table for dining will be covered with a white tablecloth and a lighted candle with the white Hawaiian sand beneath your feet.  Please specify the number of people in your party.
